Ek314 Ubuntu 12.04 如何升级到14.04？

板子启动后，出现提示：是否升级到Ubuntu 14.04， 点击升级后，在进行到第二步时出现提示：

They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

板子在启动后已经能够正常上网访问internet。

apt-get update 操作都正常，不知道是不是这个操作系统不能升级？
