问题：System is too hot.GPU3D 。。。。

imx6在烧了新的固件后， 提示打印如图所以得信息：
System is too hot. GPU3D will work at 1/64 clock.
Hot alarm is canceled. GPU3D clock will return to 64/64

请问该怎么解决！知道的，帮忙回答下，谢谢！
